During that time he served as Director of Superintendent Search Services, Director of Convention Planning and Director of Board Development Services. While in New York he facilitated over 300 on-site workshops for boards and more than 70 superintendent searches. Joseph has also worked as an Education Director for a research museum, an Assistant Education Inspector in Sierra Leone, and a Principal/Teacher in the Aleutian Region School District. Carl Rose Executive Director of AASB, Carl is a former school board member and one intensely involved in education now as a professional. He understands the challenges school boards face and is able to relate his experience and recommendations in a relevant way. He will show you that within every problematic relationship are the seeds of opportunity and growth. |
