REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Preschool Development Grant Needs Assessment

AASB is soliciting proposals from highly qualified individuals or organizations to conduct a comprehensive statewide needs assessment of the mixed delivery system of early care and learning services for low-income, disadvantaged and rural Alaska children ages birth to five. Interested vendors can access the RFP here.

Proposals are due no later than 5pm, Monday, July 8, 2019. A pre-proposal webinar will be offered to answer questions from interested vendors on Fri. June 14, 2019 at 10:00 am Alaska Time. Who is eligible for applying?

Any non-profit, local government or tribal organization that has successfully covered and coordinated collective impact or inter organizational collaborative work to achieve outcomes.

Who might be part of a community coalition?

Organizations who serve kids and families including educational institutions, social service non-profit organizations, and tribes as well as local government, business, faith and philanthropic leaders. There should be avenues for the general public and especially those with lived experience to be able to meaningfully inform and participate in the work of the coalition.
