Do we need to keep paper copies of all agendas and minutes?

Question: When cleaning out files, there are binders and binders of paper copies of agendas and minutes from board meetings. Our agendas and board meeting minutes are all stored digitally in the district archives. Do we need to keep paper copies of all agendas and minutes?

Answer: IF you have digital copies stored in a secure digital location you DO NOT need to keep paper copies of these items.
