Answer: No, if a motion has been postponed to a definite time, like the next meeting, it should be place on the agenda for the time which it was postponed until. Then, when that item comes up on the agenda, the board can just take as it would any other business item.
IF a motion was postponed indefinitely, that’s just another way to ‘kill’ the motion without having to technically vote it down.
