Preparing Package Includes:
- Introductory Training for a team of staff (district team, admin team, staff committee) (1-2 hours)
- Monthly facilitation of a site-based TES planning team (1 hour per month)
This package is for schools or districts that are just getting started with their trauma-engaged work. The goal is to increase understanding of how trauma impacts learning, and the benefits of implementing evidence-based strategies to reduce the impacts of trauma, increase learning, and improve student and staff wellbeing. Districts/ sites will begin to develop their plans for TES.
