Starting Package Includes:
- In-Service Training for All Staff – Building the Foundations of TES
- TES Book Study
- Monthly facilitation of a site-based TES planning team (1 hour per month)
This package is for schools that have leadership who understand the need for Trauma-Engaged schools and are ready to invest in supporting the implementation of trauma-engaged practices. The goal is to increase staff understanding of and skills for trauma-engaged practices and to start embedding these practices at school sites. This is most effective at sites that have significant buy-in from leadership and staff.
