Applying Package Includes:
- In-Service Training for All Staff – Building the Foundations of TES
- Monthly facilitation of a site-based TES planning team (1 hour per month)
- TES Book Study
- One-on-one coaching for school staff
- Site-Visit(s) from AASB staff
This package is for schools that have completed at least a year of TES work supported by AASB, or similar entities. Most staff are knowledgeable about trauma-engaged schools. The goal is to deepen understanding, build confidence in using trauma-engaged skills, and integrate systemic shifts into the routines of schools to reduce the impacts of trauma, increase learning, and improve student and staff wellbeing.
