Refining Package Includes:
- In-Service Training for All Staff – Advanced TES Training
- Monthly facilitation of a site-based TES planning team (1 hour per month)
- TES Book Study
- One-on-one coaching for school staff
- Site-Visit(s) from AASB staff
This package is for schools that have completed 1-2 years of TES work supported by AASB. The goal is to integrate trauma-engaged practice into all aspects of operations; including daily routines, physical environment, discipline policies and community partnership, and to develop and embed ongoing site-based professional development activities to ensure sustainability.
