Districts select one 4-week window for students & staff:

- Window 1: January 27 – February 21

- Window 2: February 24 – March 21
Family Surveys for all districts will be open the entire statewide window; January 27 – March 21. This means that family surveys can be taken at any time during the entire survey window.
