AASB’s 2021 Annual Conference Snapshot Sessions Registration
The Snapshot registration deadline is Friday, October 8th at 5:00 pm.
Snapshot Sessions are a great way for school board members and district leaders to hear about education programs, projects, initiatives or strategies from around the state.
Snapshot Sessions will take place Friday, November 5, 1:30-3:00 pm at the Hilton Anchorage.
There are limited spots for Snapshot Session presenters, so please submit your proposal as soon as possible. The deadline for consideration is Friday, October 5th at 5pm.
- Snapshot session speakers will present four 15-20 minute sessions (this includes time for questions).
- Presentations should be geared to school board members to share/highlight education programs, projects, initiatives, or strategies.
- Snapshot Sessions are an intimate setting (round table with up to 5 people), so we ask that presenters do not plan for PowerPoint presentations or bring laptops.
AASB will review each registration form as they come in and then provide additional details upon approval. If you have any questions, please email us.
AASB is committed to making our in-person events safe, as your health, well-being, and safety are our top priority. To that end, a COVID mitigation plan has been developed for all upcoming academies and conferences, which include all attendees & presenters to submit proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, and wear a mask, except when eating.
